It a hard time I became happy when I discovered my tummy was swelling day in day out ,I always question myself how and when it started ,but deep down I knew I close late from work and eat at a late hour.
So That is how the side effects came about ,I kept on doing research on how to gain my stature back to it normal State till a colleague introduced forever C9 to me .Guess what I'm the happiest man ever , losing my weight have been a tough time but thanks to forever C9 I'm a man
